The Union County couple charged with child abuse after a boy was found handcuffed to their porch with a dead chicken tied around his neck are facing possible foreclosure proceedings. Wanda Larson, a county Department of Social Services supervisor at the time, and her boyfriend Dorian Harper remain in jail onfelony child abuse charges. Larson was the 11-year-old boy’s guardian.
